FOR 35 YEARS RHI HAS BEEN GUIDING
CITIES THROUGHOUT THE WORLD
Poorly managed nightlife can drain your city's resources. Fights, shootings, unruly crowds at closing time, traffic, parking issues, and resident complaints about late-night noise can make nightlife challenges seem insurmountable.
But they're not. RHI brings solutions gathered from 35 years of assisting businesses and communities to create safe and vibrant places for residents and visitors to meet and socialize.
RHI SERVICES BRING SAFETY, VIBRANCY AND PROVEN NIGHTLIFE SOLUTIONS
Nightlife that is well planned and managed is an asset to your city. Vibrant social options like bars, restaurants, live music venues and night clubs attract students, tourists and entrepreneurs. They create jobs and drive the economic (re)development of a business district or downtown.
RHI HAS ASSISTED OVER 70 CITIES INVESTING IN THEIR NIGHTTIME ECONOMY
RHI Services guide and empower communities to see beyond barriers to harness the economic value of nightlife and create a holistic plan for the nighttime economy and risk management.
Our community-based process is designed with inclusion, consensus and on-site observations. We conduct a day, evening and late-night tour to witness your hospitality zone firsthand. Then, we help you determine how best to move forward with a plan of action, tapping the expertise of seasoned veterans in policy, public safety, hospitality management, district planning and management both within your city and part of RHI's team.

THE HOSPITALITY ZONE ASSESSMENT OBJECTIVES
Whether planning to add a nightlife district, enhance one that exists or manage one out of control, RHI's Hospitality Zone Assessment Process objectives include:
Downtown nightlife districts often serve as the melting pot of a city and region’s diversity. As more areas are revitalized and made clean and safe, the more people of all generations want to come for work, shopping and socializing. Successful districts can be a magnet for people at all times of day.
RHI’s process convenes and facilitates an alliance of key stakeholders to improve safety, vibrancy and sustainability.
The invitational process seeks to assure a balance of perspectives while maintaining a manageable group size for active participation and contribution. The Coordinator and members of the Transformation Team will recruit stakeholders to attend the Orientation and Seminars and be part of six Roundtable focus groups:
